Learning Opportunities

This is a centre of inspired invention; a stimulating place to learn, engage with ideas and nurture an interest in and appreciation of the creative process.

Unsurprisingly, the main focus at The Performance Centre is on providing a world-class research and qualification programme for our Undergraduate and Postgraduate students. But we also harness that wealth of knowledge and experience to provide learning opportunities for young people,  practitioners, businesses, public organisations and individuals.

Our aspiration is to increase the knowledge culture of the community. Not just locally; new technology also enables us to make it available to the huge constituency of arts-going people around the world.

We offer a wide range of stimulating learning events and resources, including:

  • Public Lectures
  • Seminars
  • Workshops
  • Summer schools
  • Archives

The Performance Centre also provides a valuable research environment for our students & staff.
