Now in its third year, Contact Festival Dartington is the UK’s only international festival of contact improvisation. Participants are invited to a week of classes, jams, dialogues and performances celebrating contact and improvisation with teachers Eszter Gal (Hungary), Charlie Morrissey (UK) and Karen Nelson (USA).
This year’s festival precedes a conference on Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 April. Entitled Political Ecologies in Contact: Articulating Improvisation Practices.
